The founder is Ian Davenport FCPA

Ian has 30 years experience in public practice and during that time set up and managed several business syndications in : aviation, agriculture, IT and the building industry, as well as running his accountancy firm in Melbourne that now has 25 staff.

In line with his philosophies Ian made a sea change, retired from his old firm and is currently situated in Hobart Tasmania

Ian is now the driving force behind Accountability Tas and AWESOME BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.

For 10 years he headed up the Business Development department of his accountancy firm, obtaining qualifications through the RAS (Results Accountants Systems)

He has at his disposal numerous manuals, videos, business programs and notes from courses he has attended.

He has also spent the last 14 years specializing in analytical accounting.

It goes without saying that Ian is an experienced consultant and public speaker.

Accreditations

Ian is a FCPA (Fellow Certified Public Accountant) and is a third generation public accountant.

Accountability Tas specializes in auditing SMSF’s (Self managed superannuation funds).
